Dr. Henry Radamson Ph D. has a long experience in R&D around semiconductor materials based on e.g. silicon. Dr. Radamson has over the last 15 years guided a number of Ph D. students through their program.

Bo Hammarlund M Sc. has a background , ’80th, in R&D for electro optical III-V-materials. For 10 years he was in charge of International Sales and Marketing e.g. Lucent Microelectronics Group SE, Multiplex USA, WaveSplitter Technology USA. Over the last 10 years Bo has co-founded and stared up a few spin-outs from Swedish leading edge research e.g TranSiC, Scint-X, SenSiC and SensAbues.

Nocilis Materials AB provides epitaxy service of advanced Si-Ge-Sn-C alloys for both electronic and photonic applications. Our activity has niches within IR & THz uncooled detectors and thermoelectric structures based on group IV materials. This is for first time a dedicated foundry is established for supplying advanced Si-based composed materials. Our knowledge is built up during many years’ research and technical studies in Silicon processing and device fabrication. We are located in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our activity is in a fast growing stage and we are targeting to gain more parts in a global market.
